what if i received the wrong items?
please message us your order number and a description + picture of what you obtained. we will do our best to get your item/s to you asap.
what if i put the wrong address?
you have 48 hours to change your address. if we happen to ship your order before you change it, you will have to contact the assigned courier. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
i ordered the wrong item, what can i do?
please review your order before purchasing. let us know as soon as the order is placed. our orders do process quickly. if it is already processed there is not much we can do.
can i get a refund?
please review our policies here. we do take fraudulent chargebacks and disputes very seriously.
do you ship internationally?

all custom orders have an additional art fee from said-products' original price. for more info, please direct message or email us.
