we are a small business and sometimes may need more time to process your order.

please allow 2-3 days for processing (sometimes sooner) and an additional 5-7 business days for production and shipping, unless specified otherwise.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
*all swimwear is FINAL sale* please double-check product images and descriptions for sizing info.
EVERY ITEM IS MADE TO ORDER therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
REFUNDS
we do not offer refunds at this time. any cases relating to such will receive store credit for future online purchases.
chargebacks and disputes are taken seriously, and we reserve the right to take legal action against customers who file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. if you have an issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve the issue. if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may file a dispute or chargeback, but please note that we will provide evidence to dispute fraudulent claims. 
we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. however, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed and/or shipped. we also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who frequently cancel orders.
